Every Crowned Alignment piece is created with care, intention, and soul. Because our products are made to order, all sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery at [porshae@crownedalignment.com]. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we'll offer a replacement or store credit., depending in the situation.

- We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or shipping delays out of our control.
- Digital items are non- refundable once downloaded or accessed.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, including in cases of returns or replacements.
