Shipping Policy

At Crowned Alignments, every piece is made just for you - produced with care and delivered with intention. Because our pieces are created on demand, this allows us to reduce waste and ensure the quality of every product. 

Flat Rate Shipping

We offer a flat rate of $6.99 on all U.S. framed wall art and journal orders. Digital downloads are delivered instantly and do not require shipping. Some items may ship separately depending on product type and availability.

Estimated Delivery Time Frames

• U.S. Orders:  5-10 business days, depending on location and customs pressing. 
• International Orders: 7-21 business days, depending on location and customs pressing.

Please note that delays due to customs, weather, or peak holiday periods may occur and are outside of our control. 

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update. 

Address Errors & Shipping Issues

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Crowned Alignment is not responsible for:

• Orders lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping info
• Customs holds or import delays 
• Refused or unclaimed shipments
  

If your item is damaged or never arrives, contact us withing 3 business days of expected delivery and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue with care and fairness. 

Damaged Items

If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the issue. After this window, we may be unable to file claims with our production partners - so don't wait. We'll always do our best to make it right.

Additional Info

Because all products are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
